Trojan Thursday is a weekly email/online blog to give the UNI community an update on what is happening with our UNI athletic teams and will also give information as to major events that are happening on campus. If you would like to receive Trojan Thursday each week please go to https://unitrojanthursday.wordpress.com and type in your email address. Fall Sports Update
Check out this link to the Sports Section of the Sword & Shield for sports articles written by Uni Students:
The Girls Cross Country team had a great morning at CIF Prelims in Riverside on Saturday, Nov. 10. We just missed qualifying as a team, but Collette Lowengrub will be advancing to CIF Finals this Saturday, Nov. 17 individually. If she can run well at Finals she can possibly qualify for the State meet. Thanks for all of your support! We are very proud of this awesome group of girls!
The Girls Tennis team lost a tough match to Campbell Hall last Friday, Nov. 9 in the CIF open division final. Cami Brown won 2 of 3 sets in singles and Jackie Yoon/Kamar Alajeely and Maya Wang/Emily Markus won two sets each in doubles.
The girls had an incredible season and we would like to thank everyone for their support.
